Recommended Action: That the Board approve the Amended Bylaws for the Truckee Library Joint Powers Authority. 6. Discussion Items 6.1 Elect a Chair and Vice Chair. Recommended Action: That the Board elect a Chair and Vice Chair of the Truckee Library Joint Powers Authority. 6.2 Appoint an Ad Hoc Committee for Development of Funding Agreement Between the Truckee Library Joint Powers Authority and Friends of the Truckee Library. Recommended Action: That the Board appoint an ad hoc committee to advise staff during the development of the funding agreement between the Truckee Library Joint Powers Authority and the Friends of the Truckee Library. Truckee Library Joint Powers Authority July 15, 2026 Page 1 of 2 6.3 Adopt Resolution 2026-10 Approving the Truckee Library Joint Powers Authority to Apply for California Strategic Growth Council Community Resilience Centers Round 2 Grant Program. Recommended Action: That the Board adopt Resolution 2026-10 authorizing the Chair of the Truckee Library Joint Powers Authority to execute documents necessary to submit a grant application to the California Strategic Growth Council Community Resilience Centers Round 2 Grant Program and approving a budget amendment to share in the cost of grant writing services pending an executed contract between Friends of the Truckee Library and a selected contractor. 7.
