Mayor Cara Kronen Deputy Mayor Trustees Darryl Taylor Joshua Gaccione Sarah DeRise Harmeet Goindi 65 Main Street, Tuckahoe, NY 10707 (914) 961-3100 Fax: (914) 961-3114 www.tuckahoe.gov AGENDA BOARD OF TRUSTEES July 20th, 2026 7:00pm Board of Trustee Meeting will take place live at Village Hall The public will be able to participate in the live meeting and provide comment through Zoom https://zoom.us/join Meeting ID and Password to be posted on Village Website prior to meeting Meeting video and audio will be broadcast live on public access CALL TO ORDER PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE ROLL CALL Trustee Sarah DeRise Trustee Harmeet Goindi Trustee Joshua Gaccione Deputy Mayor Darryl Taylor Mayor Cara Kronen APPOINTMENTS PRESENTATION PUBLIC HEARINGS ADOPTION OF MINUTES 1) Approval of Minutes of the June 1st, 2026 meeting. 1 FIRST OPPORTUNITY TO ADDRESS THE BOARD ON AGENDA ITEMS RESOLUTIONS 1) Setting a public hearing for September 14th, 2026 to consider proposed modifications to the Tuckahoe Village Code as it relates to the expansion of residency requirements for Village employees. 2) Authorizing waiving rental costs for the Eastchester-Tuckahoe Chamber of Commerce for a period of six (6) months for office space at Village Hall in the amount of $2,100.00. 3) Authorizing a license agreement between the Village of Tuckahoe and Leonard Kocovic to construct and maintain three (3) decorative masonry pillars located within the Village’s public right-of-way at the premises of 14 Governors Road. 4) Authorizing an Intergovernmental Agreement (IA) between the Village of Tuckahoe, the New York State Office of Information Technology Services, and the New York State Division of Homeland Security and Emergency Services for the purpose of accessing Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR) software and information sharing. 5) Authorizing the Mayor to execute an Inter-Municipal Agreement (IMA) between the Village of Tuckahoe, and the Town of Eastchester for the sharing of services for the purposes of sidewalk and curb replacements. 6) Authorizing the Mayor to execute an Inter-Municipal Agreement (IMA) between the Village of Tuckahoe, the Town of Eastchester, the Village of Bronxville, and the Tuckahoe and Eastchester Union Free School Districts for the sharing of services for the purposes of street resurfacing and repairs of asphalt concrete. 7) Authorizing the extension of an Inter-Municipal Agreement (IMA) between the Village of Tuckahoe and Westchester County for the purposes of processing and disposing of solid waste. 8) Authorizing the closure of Oak Avenue and Cottage Place on Saturday, July 18 th, 2026, for an annual block party. 9) Authorizing an amendment to the Cedar Place block party closure to include the closure of Lawrence Avenue on Saturday, July 25th, 2026. 10) Authorizing the closing of the following capital projects: a. Project #2014-0077 Catch Basin Reconstruction b. Project #2019-0119 Library Chiller 11) Authorizing the approval of vouchers in the amount of $509,579.12.
