COUNCIL AVENUE, BLANCHARD, OKLAHOMA AT 3:00 P.M., WEDNESDAY, July 15, 2026 TO ADDRESS THE AGENDA ITEMS STATED HEREIN, CONSISTING OF THE DISCUSSION, CONSIDERATION AND POSSIBLE APPROPRIATE ACTION ON THE FOLLOWING ITEMS: 1. ​ CALL TO ORDER by the CHAIRMAN OF THE GMC Utility Trust Authority 2. ​ ROLL CALL: 3.​ ​ DISCUSS AND CONSIDER THE APPROVAL OF MINUTES OF THE GMC UTILITY TRUST AUTHORITY BOARD MEETING OF June 17, 2026. 4.​ ​ ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF TREASURER’S REPORT 5.​ ​ ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF CLAIMS: a.​ $14,000.00 Durham Surveying, Inc b.​ $1,958.77 Central Holdings, LLC 6.​ ​ GMC UTILITY TRUST AUTHORITY BUSINESS AGENDA: A.​ Discussion and possible action to address the Boy Scouts Camp PUD request to Oklahoma City for rezoning from Agricultural to Single Family Residential Use and Development. B.​ Discuss the process and procedure of evaluation, allocation and the value of assets by the City of Tuttle/TPWA and the City of Blanchard/BMIA for contribution to the GMC Utility Trust Authority and computation of creating an equitable balance of interest and ownership between the Beneficiaries of the GMC Utility Trust Authority and possibly take action to initiate a process to achieve that goal. Consider the adoption of a Resolution to memorialize this balancing of interest and ownership. C.​ Report and Update on Status of Grant Funding by Sherri Snyder of Choosing Charity. D.​ Update and Discussion regarding potential water purchases by the GMC UTILITY TRUST AUTHORITY from the OKLAHOMA CITY WATER UTILITY TRUST AUTHORITY. Possible Action based on this Discussion. E.​ Update and Discussion regarding the mutual benefits that may be recognized between the GMC UTILITY TRUST AUTHORITY and the CHICKASAW NATION and the important role that each entity plays in providing water and economic development within the CHICKASAW NATION.
