provided on the agenda, and which is within the jurisdiction of the Commission to resolve, is requested to
submit a completed speaker card to the Secretary. When called upon, each speaker should step to the
podium, state his/her name and address for the record. The conduct of the community forum shall follow
those as the City Council and shall be limited to a maximum of fifteen (15) minutes, with each speaker limited
to three minutes pursuant to Vallejo Municipal Code Section 2.20.300. The Commission may take information
but may not take action on any item not on the agenda.

A PRESENTATION FROM THE HUMANE SOCIETY OF THE NORTH BAY ON
PB8 ACTIVITIES
K. Kogut & J. Hayden from the Humane Society of the North Bay presented (w/ slide show) on
the successes of the PB Cycle 8 spay/neuter/vaccine/microchip program. Presenters answered
follow-up questions and received feedback from the Committee.
B REPORT ON ACTIVITIES PROMOTING PB CYCLE 9 AND FUTURE
OUTREACH PLANNING
Committee members responded on past outreach at Jesse Bethel High School;
and a segment on Ozcat Radio promoting PB.
Committee members reviewed the schedule of upcoming events in the City and
planned for future public outreach.
