a. Approval of Minutes for:
- Regular Meeting 10.28.2025
b. Bill Listing:
- Magnussen secretarial services for $400.00
5. Business
a. Fire Department Updates:
- Request authorization to accept preference points and publish the Initial
Firefighter/Paramedic Eligibility List, in lieu of convening a special meeting, once
the list is finalized.
- Initiate processing of candidates on the Firefighter/Paramedic Final Eligibility
List to fill two current vacancies with background investigations now being
conducted by the Police Department.
- Permission to contract with the Illinois Fire Chiefs Association to provide the
upcoming Deputy Chiefs Promotional Examination. There are no vacancies at
this time and the current list expires May 8, 2026.
b. Police Department Updates:
- Removal of the following candidates from the Police Officer Final Eligibility List:
#15 Cecilio Flores, #16 Randall Stenberg, #17 Alex Tatro, #18 Evan Markowski,
#19 Jeffrey Guzman, #20 Zachary Jens, and #21 Roger Gonzalez Jr. This will
exhaust the Police Officer Final Eligibility List.
- Update on testing process to establish a new Police Officer Final Eligibility List.
- Discussion and approval request to contract with Lauterbach and Amen for
records management services.

The Villa Park Village Hall is subject to the requirements of the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990. An elevator
