G. EXECUTIVE SESSION
1. An executive session pursuant to Colorado Revised Statutes Section 24-6-402(4)(b) for conferences
with an attorney for the Town for the purposes of receiving legal advice on specific legal questions
and pursuant to Colorado Revised Statutes Section 24-6-402(4)(e) for determining positions
relative to matters that may be subject to negotiations; developing strategy for negotiations; and
instructing negotiators, regarding the fence at 8132 4th Street.
