CALL TO ORDER 2. CONSENT a. Approve Meeting Minutes: • February 23, 2022 Board Meeting 3. BUSINESS ITEMS a. Consider Resolution No. 231 authorizing the execution of a participation agreement between the Redevelopment Agency of the City of West Jordan and Wagscap, LLC for the West Jordan Copper Hills Marketplace Community Development Area. 4. CLOSED MEETING a. The Redevelopment Agency Board may temporarily recess the meeting to convene in a closed session to discuss the purchase, exchange, or lease of real property or the sale of real property, including any form of a water right or water shares as provided by Utah Code Annotated §52-4-205 5. ADJOURN In accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, the City of West Jordan will make reasonable accommodations for participation in the meeting. Members’ participation via electronic communication will be broadcast and amplified so other board members and all other persons present in the Council Chambers will be able to hear or see the communication.
