ZC-25-45000002 by TGL Real Estate LLC Requesting Zone Change from R-1 (Single Family Residential) District to B-3(General Business) District for property located at 2801 N 7th St (Parcel #41077) per West Monroe Code of Ordinances Sec. 12: 5016. Zone Change requires approval by both the Planning Commission and City Council. This application will also be heard at the August 4, 2026, City Council Meeting. ZC-26-55000003 by Conway Liner Requesting Zone Change from B-3 (General Business) District to B-1 (Transitional Business) District for property located at 1412 Ridge Ave (Parcel #41383) per West Monroe Code of Ordinances Sec. 12: 5014.
