New Business A. Presentation by Mike Nowak for a proposed cafe and event space concept at 22 North Cass Avenue in the B-1 Business District. The proposed cafe will offer food and refreshments along with the ability to host private and public events. B. Presentation by Nature’s Best Market at 257 North Cass Avenue in the B-1 Business District for a proposed parking lot at 260 North Linden Avenue (currently zoned R-3). The proposed lot will provide additional parking for clients and employees. C. Present Westmont Strategic Plan Workshop to provide an overview of the purpose of the Village of Westmont Strategic Plan, how it was created, share the goals of the Plan and how it relates to the daily Village operations and budgets. 7.
