The minutes are approved. Approval of minutes: N Public Comment:​Several students from Wheaton North came to observe a committee meeting as part of an Advanced Placement Government project. Sub­committee reports: Bike Festival: Scheduled for August 13. Bike Recycling: No update. Bike to School: Committee will accept proclamation on April 4, from Mayor, saying May is bike to school month. Bike Valet: No report. Group Rides: Rides scheduled for April ­ October Data Collection: Wheaton Bike Signage plan listed in 16­17 budget (carried over from 15­16 budget). Safety Classes: Classes published in Spring catalog. Education/PR: No update. Illinois Prairie Path: Shared highlights from IPP meeting. Business & Bikes: No update.. Recruiting new members:​ No update. School Safety Program:​ No update. Bicycling Presentations:​ Committee will create brief presentations to educate community about bicycling and pedestrian issues, why it matters to Wheaton, and provide a resource. T­Shirts:​ On hold. Where are you riding:​ Committee members will share the formal, organized rides they know about.
