Board of Fire & Police Commissioners Regular Meeting Minutes August 28, 2018 Call to Order and Roll Call At 9:01 a.m., the regular meeting of the Board of Fire and Police Commissioners was called to order by Chair Cannova. The meeting was held in the Gamon Room at Wheaton City Hall, 303 W. Wesley St., Wheaton, Illinois. Upon roll call, the following were present: Chair Cannova, Commissioner Dulaney, Commissioner Haines, Commissioner Illia and Commissioner Wanzenberg. Also present were Chief Murphy, Lt. Cooley, and Director of Human Resources Schulz. Public Comment None New Business Commissioner Wanzenberg moved and Commissioner Dulaney seconded to go into Closed Session for the purpose of interviewing Police Officer candidates. Roll Call Vote: Ayes: Commissioner Wanzenberg Chair Cannova Commissioner Dulaney Commissioner Haines Commissioner Illia Nays: None Absent: None Motion Carried Unanimously Adjournment Commissioner Illia moved and Commissioner Dulaney seconded to adjourn the regular meeting at 3:09 p.m. The motion carried unanimously.
