Call to Order At 5:30pm., Chair Illia called to order the regular meeting ofthe Board of Fire and Police Commissioners. The meeting was held in the Gamon Room at Wheaton City Hall, 303 W. Wesley St., Wheaton, Illinois. Upon roll call, the following were present: Chair Illia, Commissioner Vroman, Commissioner Haines, and HR Generalist Carly Johns. Commissioner Cannova was absent. II. Public Comment — None III. Approval of Minutes a. Commissioner Vroman moved, and Commissioner Haines seconded the motion to approve the meeting minutes ofJune 23, 2025 Roll Call Vote: Ayes: Chair Illia CommissionerVroman Commissioner Haines Nays: None Commissioner Cannova was absent The motion carried. IV. Old Business — None V. New Business — a. Approve Initial Eligibility List i. Commissioner Haines moved, and Commissioner Vroman seconded the motion to approve the Initial Eligibility List of police officer candidates. The motion passed unanimously. VI.
