Call to Order At 5:02 p.m., Chair llIia called to order the regular meeting of the Board of Fire and Poiice Commissioners. The meeting was held in the Gamon Room at Wheaton City Hall, 303 W. WeSIey St., Wheaton, lllinoiS. Upon roll call, the following were present: Chair lllia, Commissioner Sifnotis, Commissioner Vroman, Commissioner Cannova, and Commissioner Haines. Also present were Chief Youker, Deputy Chief Gabryel, Deputy Chief Dillenkoffer, and HR Director Schulz. II. Public Comment — None Ill. Approval of Minutes a. Commissioner Cannova moved, and Commissioner Vroman seconded the motion to approve the meeting minutes of October 8, 2025 Roll Call Vote: Ayes: Chair lllia Commissioner Cannova Commissioner Sifnotis Commissioner Vroman Commissioner Haines Nays: None The motion carried. IV. Old Business — None V. New Business — a. Receive Quarterly Probation report — Sgt. Sheahan VI. Closed Session a. Police Officer Candidate Interviews 5 ILCS 120/2(c)(1) At 5:04 p.m., Commissioner Haines moved, and Commissioner Vroman seconded the motion to move into closed session for the purpose of interviewing Police Officer candidates. The motion passed unanimously. At 8:49 p.m., Commissioner Haines moved, and Commissioner Sifnotis seconded the motion to move out of closed session for the purpose of interviewing Police Officer candidates. The motion passed unanimously. VII. Adjournment At 8:50 p.m., Commissioner Vroman moved to adjourn the meeting. Commissioner Sifnotis seconded, and the motion passed unanimously.
