WHEATON CITY COUNCIL PUBLIC HEARING MONDAY, APRIL 2 0 , 2015 2015-2016 MUNICIPAL BUDGET I. Call to Order and Roll Call The public hearing of the Wheaton City Council was called to order and continued at 7:02 p.m. The public hearing was held in the Council Chambers, Wheaton City Hall, 303 W. Wesley Street, Wheaton, Illinois. Upon roll call, the following were: Present: Mayor Michael J. Gresk Councilwoman Liz Corry Councilman John Prendiville Councilman John Rutledge Councilman Thor Saline Councilman Todd Scalzo Councilman Phil Suess Absent: None City Staff Present: Donald B. Rose, City Manager Michael Dzugan, Assistant City Manager James Knippen, City Attorney Paul Redman, Director of Engineering James Kozik, Director of Planning & Economic Dev. Robert Lehnhardt, Finance Director John Duguay, Human Resources Director Mark Field, Police Chief William Schultz, Fire Chief Chad Michaelis, Director of I.T. Joe Kreidl, Director of Building & Code Enforcement Vince Laoang, Director of Public Works Gary White, Communications Manager Sharon Barrett-Hagen, City Clerk II. Public Hearing – 2015-2016 Municipal Budget A. Staff Comment City Manager Rose stated three budget workshops were held last month and several changes were made to the draft document during that process. He indicated expenditures in all funds approximate $95.6M and expenditures from the City’s General Fund will be approximately $41,800,000. City Manager Rose stated the April 13, 2015 Public Hearing was continued to this evening for any additional public comment. B. Public Comment None. B. Council Comment None. III.
