Call to Order and Roll Call The Special Wheaton City Council Meeting was called to order at 12:00 p.m. by Mayor Philip J. Suess. Upon roll call, the fol|owing were: Physically Present: Mayor Suess Councilwoman Robbins Councilman Weller Councilman Barbier Councilwoman Bray-Parker Councilman Brown Absent: Councilman Clousing City Staff Physically Present: Michael G. Dzugan, City Manager City Staff Electronically Present: None 2. Public Comment None. 3. Closed Session Councilwoman Robbins moved and Councilwoman Bray-Parker seconded to go into closed session at 12:02 pm forthe purpose of Personnel Matters, 5 ILCS 120/2(c)(1). Roll Call Vote: Ayes: Councilwoman Robbins Councilman Weiler Councilman Barbier Councilwoman Bray-Parker Councilman Brown Mayor Suess Nays: None Absent: Councilman Clousing Motion Carried Unanimously 4.
