Saturday, February 8, 2025 1. Call to Order and Roll Call The Special Wheaton City Council Meeting was called to order at 12:00 p.m. by Mayor Philip J. Suess. Upon roll call, the following were: Physically Present: Mayor Suess Councilman Clousing Councilwoman Robbins Councilman Weller Councilwoman Bray—Parker Councilman Brown Absent: Councilman Barbier City Staff Physically Present: Andrea Rosedale, City Clerk City Staff Electronically Present: None 2. Public Comment None. 3. Closed Session Councilwoman Robbins moved and Councilman Brown seconded to go into closed session at 12:02 pm for the purpose of Personnel Matters, 5 ILCS l20/2(c)(1).
