Upon roll call, the following were: Physically Present: Mayor Suess Councilman Clousing Councilwoman Robbins Councilman Weller Councilman Barbier Councilwoman Bray—Parker Absent: Councilman Brown City Staff Physically Present: Michael G. Dzugan, City Manager Holly Schulz, Director of Human Resources City Staff Electronically Present: None 2. Public Comment None. 3. Closed Session Councilwoman Robbins moved and Councilwoman Bray—Parker seconded to go into closed session at 7:02 pm for the purpose of Personnel Matters, 5 ILCS 120/2(c)(1).
