1. Call to Order and Roll Call
The Special Wheaton City Council Meeting was called to order at 3:47 p.m. by Mayor Philip J. Suess. Upon
roll call, the following were:

Councilman Clousing
Councilwoman Robbins
Councilman Weller
Councilwoman Bray-Parker
Councilwoman Brice
Councilman Brown
Absent: None
City Staff Physically
Present: Michael G. Dzugan, City Manager
City Staff Electronically
Present: None
2. Public Comment
None.
3. Closed Session
Councilwoman Brice moved and Councilwoman Robbins seconded to go into Closed session at 3:49 p.m.
for the purpose of Personnel Matters, 5 ILCS 120/2(c)(l).
