Call to Order and Roll Call The Special Wheaton City Council Meeting was called to order at 3:49 p.m. by Mayor Philip J. Suess. Upon roll call, the following were: Physically Present: Mayor Suess Councilman Clousing Councilwoman Robbins Councilman Weller Councilwoman Bray—Parker Councilwoman Brice Councilman Brown Absent: None City Staff Physically Present: Michael G. Dzugan, City Manager City Staff Electronically Present: None 2. Public Comment None. 3. Closed Session Councilman Weller moved and Councilwoman Robbins seconded to go into closed session at 3:51 p.m. for the purpose of Personnel Matters, 5 ILCS 120/2(c)(1).
