Regular Meeting Thursday, September 9, 2021 7:00 PM- Wheaton City Hall Gamon Room I. Call to Order The regular meeting of the Wheaton Housing Commission was held on Thursday, September 9th, 2021. Housing Commission Chair Kristine Eisenmann called the meeting to order at 7:05 pm. Present: Kristine Eisenmann Stu Johnson Jonathan “Jack” Brown Bill Gilbertson Rochelle Favale Jan Kay Suzanne Mennecke David Horton Russ Stock Andrea Rosedale—City of Wheaton Guest: Frank Hudetz II. Public Comment None III. Approval of Minutes Commissioner Stock moved, and Commissioner Mennecke seconded, a motion to accept the minutes of the August 13, 2021 meeting as amended. The motion was unanimously approved by a voice vote. Commissioner Eisenmann to re-submit the August minutes as there was an error. IV. Old Business Secretary Position – remains vacant. Commissioner Eisenmann to continue to take notes for the meantime. V. New Business 2021 Application Summary - Only 40% of previous applicants have re-applied from last year - Commissioners will call their applicants to remind them to apply VI. Adjournment The meeting was adjourned at 7:27 pm The next regular meeting of this commission will be held on Thursday, October 14, 2021 at 7pm in the Gamon Room at Wheaton City Hall.
