Regular Meeting Thursday, November 11, 2021 7:00 PM- Wheaton City Hall Gamon Room I. Call to Order The regular meeting of the Wheaton Housing Commission was held on Thursday, November 11th, 2021. Housing Commission Chair Kristine Eisenmann called the meeting to order at 7:11 pm. II. Present: Kristine Eisenmann Stu Johnson Jonathan “Jack” Brown Bill Gilbertson Russ Stock Frank Hudetz III. Public Comment None IV. Approval of Minutes Commissioner Gilbertson moved, and Commissioner Brown seconded, a motion to accept the minutes of the October 14, 2021 meeting minutes. The motion was unanimously approved by a voice vote. V. Correspondence: A. 2021 Housing Assistance Summary B. 2022 Application Summary i. The group reviewed the spreadsheet of current participants which has had several changes and shown a decrease in participants VI. Old Business Status of CY2022 Applications – there are two past participants who have incomplete applications currently. There are currently only 37 participants, a decrease from 50 participants from the previous year. VII. New Business The CY2022 Meeting Schedule was approved. The group also discussed using the January meeting as a planning and brainstorming session to come up with ideas to spread the word about the Commission. The next regular meeting of this commission will be held on Thursday, December at 7pm in the Gamon Room at Wheaton City Hall. Prepared and submitted by Kristine Eisenmann
