Regular Meeting Thursday, February 17, 2022 7:00 PM- Wheaton City Hall Gamon Room I. Call to Order The regular meeting of the Wheaton Housing Commission was held on Thursday, January 13, 2022. Housing Commission Chair Kristine Eisenmann called the meeting to order at 7:05 pm. II. Present: Kristine Eisenmann Stu Johnson Mike Rybinski Suzanne Mennecke Russ Stock Frank Hudetz Bill Gilbertson Absent: Jonathan “Jack” Brown, Aryan Khan, David Horton, Jan Kay III. Public Comment None IV. Approval of Minutes Commissioner Stock moved, and Commissioner Brown seconded, a motion to accept the corrected minutes of the January 13, 2021 meeting minutes. The motion was unanimously approved by a voice vote. V. Correspondence: None VI. Old Business None VII. New Business Review proposed modifications to the Housing Commission Compile feedback for response to City Council/City Manager The group discussed and made proposed modifications back to the City Council/City Manager.
