City of Wheaton Fine and Cultural Arts Commission Special Meeting Wednesday, February 24th, 2016 City Hall, Wheaton, Illinois Minutes 1. Call to Order President Bock called the meeting to order at 7:05 p.m. Those in attendance: Sarah Antas, Mike Bock, Greg Schreck, Kathy Young and Leah Samuelson 2._________Public Comment None 3. New Business Sarah moved and Kathy seconded the approval of the agenda. Passed. This special meeting initiated some budgetary and directional discussion for the proposed mural project. Leah Samuelson from Wheaton College gave a presentation on mural projects and recommended approaches to soliciting input and planning the actual project. The general discussion also included a review of the current City of Wheaton Commission funding policies to plan how best to utilize available funds. 4.
