City of Wheaton Fine and Cultural Arts Commission Regular Meeting Tuesday, March 29th, 2016 City Hall, Wheaton, Illinois Minutes 1. Call to Order President Bock called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. Those in attendance: Bill Austin, Mike Bock, Greg Schreck, and Kathy Young. 2._________Public Comment None 3. New Business Bill moved and Mike seconded the approval of the agenda. Passed. This regular meeting continued discussion on the proposed mural project. Current view is to explore a mural location somewhere downtown. There was open discussion on potential donors to the project including several groups around Wheaton. Greg to explore some refugee groups and other groups to see about attendance at a special meeting we will have on April 13th, 2016. General agreement that we need to get this moving to ensure completion by fall, 2016. 4.
