City of Wheaton Fine and Cultural Arts Commission City of Wheaton Fine and Cultural Arts Commission City Hall                                      March 21, 2018 Minutes 1.             Call to Order President Mike Bock called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m. Those in attendance: Mike Bock, Bill Austin, Laurie Swanson, Dee Hicks 2.­_________Public Comment none 3.            New Business    Agenda acceptance was moved and seconded by Mike and Bill. Minutes of March 7 were approved. Moved by Laurie and seconded by Mike. Laurie moved that we change the sponsorship of the Community Ball from $175 to $100. Second by Bill. Approved 4.            Old Business Mike informed Commission that we would be able to pay Busch Plastics in full. As of 3/28/18 we have $ 16,290 in our account without monies collected by Laurie. The City is trying to find a spot for the artists to paint the balls. Mike moved that we allow up to $5000 for incidental expenses to be applied for matching fund from City of Wheaton’s fiscal year. Seconded by Sarah. 5..            Miscellaneous Meeting adjourned at 6:31.
