Fine & Cultural Arts Commission

July 2, 2018 Special Meeting 6:00 pm Wheaton City Hall 2nd Floor Conference Room I. Call to Order President Mike Bock called the meeting to order at 6:00. Those in attendance: Sarah Antas, Mike Bock, Dee Hicks, Laurie Oberhelman and Kathy Young. Absentees: Bill Austin and Tony Asta II. Public Comment None III. New Business A. Agenda was approved and moved by Mike and seconded by Laurie. Passed B. July 27 minutes were approved and moved by Laurie and seconded by Sarah. Passed. IV. Old Business The proclamation will be presented today at 7:00 p.m. Parade: Mike will take care of getting the pickup truck, moving the golf ball. He will pick up Dave to help. Other commissioners will meet at Sara’s at 9:15. Tony and Bill will walk the parade and pass out literature. Reception: Mike will order plaque with winner’s picture and information. Swag bags are ready. Laurie will put together envelopes. Set up at Arrowhead will be at 3:30 on Monday. Dee will purchase four more shoes for centerpiece. Kathy will purchase greet felt and cut out in the shape of greens. Name tags have been printed. Schedule has been set. Mike will start introductions including Commission and sponsors of balls.
