28,May2019 I. Call to Order President Mike Bock called the meeting to order at 6:05 p.m. . Those present: Sarah Antas, Tony Asta, Bill Austin, Mike Bock, Dee Hicks, Laurie Swanson Oberhelman, Kathy Young. No absentees. II. Agenda Items Mike Bock moved and Sarah Antas seconded the approval of the agenda. Motion carried. Tony Asta moved and Bill Austin seconded that the April 23 minutes be approved. Motion carried. III. Agenda Item Tony Asta moved to award a Wheaton North student $100 for producing artwork to be used for Wheaton Festival of Culture 2019. Second by Bill Austin. Motion carried. Agenda Item The Burning Bush will hold a reception for the artists who participated in the 2018 golf project. It will be held on July 12 and Laurie Oberhelman and Dee Hicks will provide the refreshments. Agenda Item Music in the Park will be held July 13 from 7-10. Adjournment Kathy Young moved and Sarah seconded that the meeting be adjourned at 6:54. Motion passed. Next meeting scheduled for April 23 at 6:00 p.m. Respectfully submitted Dee Hicks
