November 24, 2020 Zoom Meeting I. Call to Order President Mike Bock called the meeting to order at 6:01 p.m. II. Roll Call Those present: Sarah Antas, Tony Asta, Mike Bock, Dave Duve, Dee Hicks, Laurie Swanson Oberhelman, and Kathy Young. III. Approval of agenda Mike Bock moved and Tony Asta seconded the approval of the agenda. Motion approved by unanimous voice vote. IV. Public Comments None V. Approval of Minutes Mike Bock moved and Laurie Swanson Oberhelman seconded the approval of October 27 minutes. Motion approved by unanimous voice vote. VI. New Business . Town Lithographs: We discussed the availability of these prints. It is possible that the Historical Society may have prints. There were antique prints hanging in the “old” Wheaton Restaurant as well as Bank Restaurant. Mike is checking with the City to see if they have any in archives. We were considering making prints available for sale or use in some fund raiser. . Wheaton Drama Christmas Carol: The production will be broadcast on Zoom. They will add our logo to any advertising. Laurie Swanson Oberhelman moved that we underwrite a $50 fee for sound engineer, Mike second. Motion approved by unanimous voice vote. Dee will send Susan Bishel any releases Wheaton Drama produces. VII Old Business . Golf Balls: The City would like removal of the balls asap. Mike will draft a letter to Windermere asking permission to destroy. A waiver will be sent to the artist after call to them. Mike will check and see if City will allow placement of ball in the back lobby. . List of future projects. The following are up for discussion: Live tour of artistic interests, fire hydrant painting, monthly event, i.e. art of bee keeping, pottery building, sculpturing, water color painting, locks and/or frames throughout city.
