April 13, 2021 Special Virtual meeting via Zoom I. Call to Order President Mike Bock called the meeting to order at 6:04 p.m. II. Roll Call Those present: Tony Asta, Mike Bock, Dave Duve, Dee Hicks, and Sarah Antas Absent: Laurie Swanson Oberhelman, and Kathy Young. III. Approval of agenda Mike Bock moved and Sarah Antas seconded the approval of the agenda. Motion approved by unanimous voice vote. IV. Public Comments N/C V. Approval of Minutes N/C VI. New Business The special meeting was called to discuss the fire hydrant project. Mike Bock enlightened us with requirements requested by the City. This project has support from the City and Mike will talk with the Fire Chief and confirm all department requirements. We discussed timeline, sponsorships, partnering and other items necessary to complete project. Mike will construct a guideline which we will discuss at our next meeting. VII Old Business VIII Adjournment Dave Duve moved and Mike Bock seconded to adjourn meeting at 6:41. Motion approved by unanimous voice vote. Respectfully submitted.
