May 4, 2021 Special Virtual via Zoom and live meeting I. Call to Order President Mike Bock called the meeting to order at 6:02 p.m. Roll Call Those present: Via Zoom Sarah Antas, Tony Asta, and Laurie Swanson Oberhelman. Live atttendes: Mike Bock, Dave Duve, Dee Hicks and Kathy Young. II. Approval of agenda Mike Bock moved and Sarah Antas seconded the approval of the agenda. Motion approved by unanimous voice vote. III. Public Comments N/C IV. Approval of Minutes Mike Bock moved and Dave Duve seconded the approval of the minutes of April 27. Motion approved by unanimous voice vote. V. New Business None VII Old Business . Fire Hydrant Project. Mike Bock presented concerns from the legal department of the City of Wheaton. Because the fire hydrants are public property the first amendment must be considered. It will take time to investigate all legalese and since our timeframe is limited Sarah Antas moved and Laurie Oberhelman seconded that the hydrant project be delayed until all conditions be approved. Motion approved by unanimous voice vote. Kathy Young moved and Mike Bock seconded to adjourn at 6:27. Motion approved by unanimous voice vote. Respectfully submitted.
