I. Call to Order
President Mike Bock called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m.
II. Roll Call
Those present: Sarah Antas, Mike Bock, Dee Hicks and Laurie Swanson. Absent: Dave Duve.
Via Zoom: Randy King
III. Agenda:
Mike Bock moved and Sarah Antas seconded the approval of the agenda. Motion carried.
IV. Approval of Minutes:
Mike Bock moved to accept August 25th Laurie Oberhelman seconded. Motion carried.
V. New Business:
Andrea Rosedale and John DuDay will attend our next meeting on September 27.
Lewis Achenbach has been appointed by the Mayor to our Commission .
VI. Old Business
International Day of Music (IDM)-Mike has not yet heard back from City whether or not buskers will
be allowed to perform. He will send another request. We have three confirmed groups to perform:
Silvertones, Sounds Good and Accapella. We worked on a schedule for warm-ups and performance
times. Mike will advise groups of schedule.
VII. Commissioner comments: None
Adjournment: Laurie Oberhelman moved, and Sarah Antas seconded. Motion carried. Meeting
adjourned at 6:48 p.m.
