I. Call to Order
Chair Lewis Achenbach called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m.
II. Roll Call
Those present: Mike Bock, Randy King, Lewis Achenbach, Vittoria Clay and Sarah Antas.
III. Public Comments
None
IV. Agenda:
Mike Bock moved, and Randy King seconded the approval of the agenda. Motion carried.
V. Approval of Minutes:
No Minutes to approve yet
VI. New Business:
None
VII. Old Business
Make Music Day: Posters printed and ready for distribution. Website is up and populating with
musical acts. May send letters to previous participants from two years ago. Need to get venues to
sign up on the website along with musical acts. Randy King to mockup yard signs.

Adjournment: Vittoria Clay moved, and Lewis Achenbach seconded the meeting be adjourned at
6:26. Motion carried.
