September 24, 2024 Gamon Room Wheaton City Hall Minutes I. Call to Order Mike Bock called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m. II. Roll Call Those present: Mike Bock, Dee Hicks, Randy King, Lynette Zelis and Vittoria Clay. Absent: Sarah Antas and Lewis Achenbach. Also present: Chris Denz Agenda: Mike Bock moved, and Randy King seconded the approval of the agenda. Motion carried. III. Approval of Minutes: Randy King moved to accept August 13, 2024, minutes. Mike Bock seconded. Motion carried. IV. New Business: Annual Report – Mike Bock is working on this project. V. Old Business: Mural at the French Market – Randy King is picking artist up (Peru) at O’Hare Sunday. Commissioners will greet him at brunch. He will start mural on Monday. Adjournment: Lynette Zelis moved, and Vittoria Clay seconded the meeting be adjourned at 6:35. Motion carried.
