Old Business-0809hrs- Igara Fitness reimbursement- 5 total approved submissions for reimbursement, 1 submission is being tabled for clarification on change of membership mid-month. Motion-Igara-0813hrs- to approve fitness reimbursement for the following members-Ruck($480), Cox($139), Baus($420), Naumann($250). Station 37 Lockers and cabinetry-0825hrs-Hunecke Drawing has been submitted by AJ’s Custom Cabinetry Motion-Hunecke-0827hrs- not to exceed $4,900 for Station lockers and cabinets. Second-Cochran-0828hrs Vote- Passed unanimously-0828hrs Discussion-Baus-0829hrs- recommends cubby holes above workbench for Station 37 similar to the ones at Station 39. b. Cold weather work gloves-0830hrs-Hunecke Motion-Hunecke-0831hrs- to approve purchase of cold weather work gloves not to exceed $2,000. Second-Tabb-0832hrs Discussion- Schultz- gloves are to be supplied by Foreign Fire Tax along with continued replacements. Cold weather gloves are not to be worn for extrication; general use only. Vote- Passed unanimously-0832hrs c. Coffee Pots-0835hrs-Hunecke New Bunn coffee maker with thermal carafe. One purchase for Station 38 with two carafes. Motion-Hunecke-0837hrs- Purchase replacement coffee maker not to exceed $400. Discussion- consideration to only purchase to thermal carafes and use on existing machine. Motion struck down-0840hrs. New Motion-Cochran-0841hrs- Approve the purchase of two thermal carafes not to exceed $150. Second-Baus-0842hrs. Vote- Passed unanimously-0842hrs. IX.
