ANNUAL MEETING OCTOBER 27, 2021 10:00 A.M. GAMON ROOM OF THE WHEATON CITY HALL, 303 W. WESLEY STREET, WHEATON, IL AND VIA ZOOM I. Call to Order by Secretary Director of Planning and Economic Development Kozik called the annual meeting of the Joint Review Board to order at 10:00 A.M. Also present was City Manager Michael G. Dzugan and Director of Finance Robert J. Lehnhardt. II. Identification of Joint Review Board Taxing Body Attendees The following Joint Review Board Taxing Bodies attendees were present: Scott Weller, City of Wheaton; Michael Benard, Wheaton Park District, Brian O’Keeffe, School District 200; John Monino, Milton Township. III. Nomination and Appointment of Public Members Mr. Monino moved and Mr. O’Keeffe seconded a motion to nominate Vanessa Stang as Public Member representing TIF #3. On a voice vote, all voted aye. IV. Nomination and Appointment of Chairman Mr. Monino moved and Mr. Benard seconded a motion to nominate and appoint Mr. Weller as Chairman. On a voice vote, all voted aye. V. Approval of Agenda Mr. O’Keeffe moved and Mr. Monino seconded a motion to approve the agenda of today’s meeting. On a voice vote, all voted aye. VI. Annual Reports – TIF # 2 and 3 Director of Finance Lehnhardt presented a review of the annual reports for TIF District’s 2 and 3 for the benefit of those members of the Joint Review Board in attendance. Mr. Benard questioned what other projects might be funded by TIF #3? City Manager Dzugan stated that a stormwater management project is being contemplated although its scope has not yet been defined. JOINT REVIEW BOARD MEETING MINUTES October 27, 2021 Hearing no further questions or comments, Mr. O’Keeffe moved and Mr. Monino seconded a motion to approve the annual TIF reports.
