NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Wheaton Planning and Zoning Board will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, March 8, 2016 at 7:00 p.m. in
the Council Chambers of the Wheaton City Hall, 303 West Wesley Street, Wheaton, Illinois, to consider the
following zoning application:
Zoning Application #16-03. An application requesting approval to demolish the existing buildings located at 100
and 110 West Geneva Road and consolidate the property into one lot. The application is further requesting a
special use permit for a planned unit development to construct and operate a convenience filling station with a
convenience store and carwash on the subject property. The subject property will remain zoned C-3 General
Commercial District.
The application has been submitted by Circle K Heartland, 550 Warrenville Road, Suite 400, Lisle, IL 60532 on
behalf of the owners, RDK Ventures, LLC and the North Star Trust Company.
The subject property is legally described as:
PARCEL ONE: THE NORTH 292.0 FEET OF LOT 18 (EXCEPT THE NORTH 9.0 FEET THEREOF
DEDICATED FOR HIGHWAY AND EXCEPT THE EAST 207.0 FEET OF THE SOUTH 203.0 FEET OF
THE NORTH 212.0 FEET THEREOF) IN BLOCK 2 IN ARTHUR T. MCINTOSH AND CO’S GENEVA
ROAD SUBDIVISION, BEING A SUBDIVISION IN THE NORTHWEST QUARTER OF SECTION 9,
TOWNSHIP 39 NORTH, RANGE 10, EAST OF THE THIRD PRINCIPAL MERIDIAN, ACCORDING
TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED JUNE 26, 1924 AS DOCUMENT 179449 AND CERTIFICATE
OF CORRECTION FILED AUGUST 5, 1924 AS DOCUMENT 180974, IN DUPAGE COUNTY,

The subject property is commonly known as 100 and 110 West Geneva Road, Wheaton, IL 60187.
At the public hearing, anyone wishing to make a public statement will be encouraged to do so. Written
comments may be submitted to the Board prior to or at the public hearing. A copy of the application is available
for review in the office of the Director of Planning and Economic Development, 303 West Wesley Street,
Wheaton, Illinois during normal business hours.
