NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The Wheaton Planning and Zoning Board will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, April 26, 2016 at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers of the Wheaton City Hall, 303 West Wesley Street, Wheaton, Illinois, to consider the following zoning application: Zoning Application #16-07. An application requesting approval of a special use permit for a planned unit development to allow the construction and use of a convenience filling station on the property located at 625 West Roosevelt Road following the demolition of the existing structures. The subject property will remain zoned C-3 General Commercial District. The application has been submitted by 7-Eleven, Inc., 3200 Hackberry Road, Irving, TX 75063.
