NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The Wheaton Planning and Zoning Board will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, December 12, 2017 at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers of the Wheaton City Hall, 303 West Wesley Street, Wheaton, Illinois, to consider the following zoning application: Zoning Application #17-27. An application requesting a proposed amendment to the existing R-3 single- family residentially zoned planned unit development (PUD) for the Woodlands of Wheaton Subdivision to allow for the following: 1. The resubdivision of the property from two single-family residential lots into four single-family residential lots; and 2. The replacement of the two individual driveways with a private cul-de-sac. The application has been submitted by Steven Davis, 703 Childs Street, Wheaton, IL 60187 on behalf of the property owner, 7+ Properties, LLC - Summerfield Court Series, 703 Childs Street, Wheaton, IL 60187. The subject property is legally described as: LOTS 1 AND 2 IN STANYA’S RESUBDIVISION, BEING A RESUBDIVISION OF LOTS 1, 2, AND 3 OF THE WOODLANDS OF WHEATON SUBDIVISION RECORDED FEBRUARY 27, 2007 AS DOCUMENT R2007-035573 BEING A SUBDIVISION OF PART OF THE SOUTHWEST QUARTER OF THE SOUTHWEST QUARTER OF SECTION 29, TOWNSHIP 39 NORTH, RANGE 10, EAST OF THE THIRD PRINCIPAL MERIDIAN, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT OF SAID RESUBDIVISION RECORDED FEBRUARY 22, 2013 AS DOCUMENT NUMBER R2013-028735 IN DUPAGE COUNTY, ILLINOIS.
