NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The Wheaton Planning and Zoning Board will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, May 14, 2019 at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers of the Wheaton City Hall, 303 West Wesley Street, Wheaton, Illinois, to consider the following zoning application: Zoning Application #19-05. An application requesting a special use permit to allow a business and professional office (medical spa) to occupy the main floor of the existing building located at 104 North Hale Street. The property is zoned C-2 Retail Core Business District. The application has been submitted by Images Med Spa Wheaton Corp., 1006 West Armitage Avenue, Chicago, IL 60614 on behalf of the property owner, Hale Street Real Estate LLC, 104 North Hale Street, Wheaton, IL 60187. The subject property is legally described as: THAT PART OF LOT THIRTEEN (13) IN BLOCK EIGHT (8) IN THE TOWN OF WHEATON, IN SECTION SIXTEEN (16), TOWNSHIP THIRTY-NINE (39) NORTH, RANGE TEN (10), EAST OF THE THIRD PRINCIPAL MERIDIAN, DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: COMMENCING AT A POINT IN THE EAST LINE OF SAID LOT THIRTEEN (13), WHICH IS FIFTY-SIX AND EIGHT HUNDREDTHS (56.08) FEET NORTH OF THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF SAID LOT: THENCE NORTH ALONG THE EAST LINE OF SAID LOT, TWENTY-FIVE (25) FEET; THENCE WEST ON A LINE PARALLEL TO THE SOUTH LINE OF SAID LOT, SIXTY-SIX AND FIFTY-FIVE HUNDREDTHS (66.55) FEET, MORE OR LESS, TO THE WEST LINE OF SAID LOT; THENCE SOUTH ON THE WEST LINE OF SAID LOT, TWENTY-FIVE (25) FEET TO A POINT WHICH IS FIFTY-SIX AND SIXTEEN HUNDREDTHS (56.16) FEET NORTH OF THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF SAID LOT; THENCE EAST IN A STRAIGHT LINE TO THE PLACE OF BEGINNING, IN DUPAGE COUNTY, ILLINOIS.
