NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Wheaton Planning and Zoning Board will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, July 26, 2022 at 7:00
p.m. in the Council Chambers of the Wheaton City Hall, 303 West Wesley Street, Wheaton, Illinois, in-

824 9998 0430, Passcode: 758947 to consider the following zoning application:
Zoning Application #22-18. An application requesting an amendment to an existing special use permit
for a planned unit development to consider a new special use permit pursuant to Article 20.3 of the
Wheaton Zoning Ordinance to allow the construction and use of a car wash, following the demolition of
the former restaurant building, at 311 E. Loop Road. The subject property is 2.71 acres in size and zoned
C-5 Planned Commercial District.
The application has been submitted by WashU Real Estate, LLC, 116 S. York Street #203, Elmhurst, IL
60126 on behalf of the property owner, Store Master Funding VIII, LLC, 8377 E. Hartford Drive, Suite
100, Scottsdale, AZ 85255.
The property that is the subject of the special use permit is legally described as:
LOT 2 IN DANADA FARMS EAST UNIT 4, BEING A SUBDIVISION OF LOT 11 IN DANADA FARMS EAST UNIT

39 NORTH, RANGE 10 EAST OF THE THIRD PRINCIPAL MERIDIAN, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF
RECORDED APRIL 10, 1996 AS DOCUMENT R96-058160, IN DUPAGE COUNTY, ILLINOIS.
TOGETHER WITH THOSE CERTAIN NON-EXCLUSIVE EASEMENTS AS GRANTED AND MORE FULLY SET
FORTH IN MUTUAL EASEMENT AND USE AGREEMENT DATED DECEMBER 21, 1995 AND RECORDED JUNE
21, 1996 AS DOCUMENT R96-103888, MADE BY AND BETWEEN PACIFIC INDUSTRIAL PROPERTIES
HOLDINGS, INC. AND GRADY'S AMERICAN GRILL RESTAURANT CORPORATION.
