An application requesting a special use permit pursuant to Article 20.3 of the Wheaton Zoning Ordinance to allow the construction and use of a drive-thru service lane for the existing restaurant user at 1289 E. Butterfield Road. The property is zoned C-5 Planned Commercial District.
