June 16, 2026 ATTN: Wheaton City Hall Reporter In addition to the regular meeting dates of the various City of Wheaton Boards, Commissions, and Committees we wish to notify you, in accordance with appropriate state statutes, of the following meeting: THE CITY OF WHEATON LIBRARY BOARD NOMINATING COMMITTEE HAS SCHEDULED A MEETING ON MONDAY, JUNE 22, 2026, AT 6PM WHEATON PUBLIC LIBRARY, 3RD FLOOR BOARD ROOM AGENDA I. Call to Order and Roll Call II. Citizens to Be Heard Citizens, physically in attendance, who want to make a public comment, will be asked to provide their first and last name including spelling. Comments by members of the public are limited to three (3) minutes. The Board President shall have discretion to modify this time limit, as well as to limit repetitive comments. All comments should be directed to the Library Board President. It is encouraged that speaker contact information be provided if there is a need for follow-up. Patron Conduct Rules will be enforced and speakers shall be courteous and should not make statements that are personally disrespectful to members of the Library Board or Staff. III. Consideration of a Slate of Officers for July 1, 2026 – June 30, 2027, to Propose to the Library Board of Trustees, including President, Vice President, Treasurer, and Secretary. IV.
