A petition for consideration of a pre-annexation agreement regarding the property located at 25W021 Geneva Road, Wheaton, IL 60187. The property would be annexed to the City of Wheaton and rezoned to the R-4 Residential District zoning classification, once it becomes contiguous to the City limits. The pre-annexation agreement seeks to allow the subject property to connect to City of Wheaton water.
