Public Agenda — 15 minutes set aside for this portion of the meetings. 4. Staff Report Update – Captain W. Nicholson • A review of recent complaints and status updates of pending complaints and investigations. 5. Police Discipline Records Discussion – Lieutenant K. Henderson • Executive Staff will present a report, at the request of the Board, regarding pros and cons of releasing police discipline records. 6. Policy 409 Discussion – Captain W. Nicholson • A discussion regarding policy revisions to Wichita Police Department Policy 409 regarding vehicle and pedestrian stops. 7. Executive Session – Review of Complaint(s)/Investigation(s) A. 20PSB-5029: On December 16, 2020, Wichita Police Department officers failed to properly secure a prisoner inside of a holding cell and remove all personal property after being arrested. The prisoner attempted to commit suicide by hanging himself with his belt while inside the holding cell. The prisoner was transported to a local hospital where he was treated and released. 8.
