Public Agenda — 15 minutes set aside for this portion of the meetings. 4. Staff Report Update – Captain W. Nicholson • A review of recent complaints and status updates of pending complaints and investigations. 5. Continued Discussion of Recommendations Regarding Confidentiality – City Manager Robert Layton & Board Members • The Citizen Review Board will continue to discuss policy issues and concerns regarding the confidentiality of police discipline in addition to the arbitration and grievance process with City Manager Robert Layton. 6. Presentation – Response to Racial Profiling Analysis – Racial Profiling Board (20 Minutes) • Comments and presentation regarding racial profiling study by Walt Chappell and the Racial Profiling Board. 7. Executive Staff – Captain W. Nicholson • 21PSB-1119: On September 10, 2019, Wichita Police Department officers responded to a call of an occupied stolen vehicle. The vehicle contained three (3) suspects in the drive-thru of a fast-food restaurant. As officers attempted to make contact, the driver accelerated towards one of the officers. The officer fired three (3) shots from his duty weapon, striking two (2) of the occupants within the vehicle. 8. New Business – Chairperson J. Fowler 9.
