OPENING OF REGULAR MEETING Call to Order Invocation and Pledge of Allegiance Approve the minutes of regular meeting on June 23, 2020 Proclamation - Mental Health Awareness Month I. PUBLIC AGENDA NOTICE: No action will be taken relative to items on this agenda other than referral for information. Requests to appear will be placed on a “first-come, first-served” basis. This portion of the meeting is limited to thirty minutes and shall be subject to a limitation of five minutes for each presentation with no extension of time permitted.
