go down but we will work hard to get up and running and to the locations as fast as we can.

look at various things including partnerships. During the first time we were very limited as to what
we could do, we are now more engaged in the community to hear what you want from your Park
and Recreation Department. We had a meeting with various agencies and we asked them questions
related to our aquatic programs. The YMCA told us that they were at capacity with their swimming
lessons and we are happy to fit that need in the community.

the school system about using their locations.
DAB member-Do you have proposed location for the first option? Hill- We do not have a site set
as of yet, we are looking for feedback, we would like to invest more time in finding the right
location.
Houtman- An indoor pool has positive aspects to impact the community, there are a lot of things
we can do.
DAB member-What would a central indoor pool like? Hill- Inclusive with a competition pool, a
rec area for programming.
