Scheduled items None Recommended Action: Receive and file. NEW BUSINESS 4. Jan Jarman, Assistant City Attorney, will present a brief overview of the new ordinance regarding barking dogs and nuisance lighting, which was presented to City Council. 5. Joe Hickle Stormwater Engineer, Public Works and Utilities, will present results of the Stormwater Utility’s Cost of Service Analysis, identified revenue requirements, and resulting service levels. Staff will soon be presenting ordinance revisions to Council that will establish two things: 1) a base rate for all Stormwater customers; and, 2) establish a new method for calculating residential Stormwater bills.  PUBLIC AGENDA 5. Off-agenda items Any individual present that did not request to speak on the public agenda prior to the meeting may speak at this time. Recommended Action: Provide comments/take appropriate action. BOARD AGENDA 6.
