Recommended Action: Provide comments/take appropriate action. STAFF REPORTS 3. Police Report Community Police Officers will report on community policing issues in the area. Recommended Action: Receive and file. 4. Fire Report WFD will report on any specific issues of concern in the area. Recommended Action: Receive and file. NEW BUSINESS 5. Meridian Paving, McCormick to Pawnee Gary Janzen, City Engineer, will present this improvement project for Meridian between McCormick and Pawnee. Recommended Action: Recommend approval of the project. 6. Kansas Open Meetings Act (KOMA) Sharon Dickgrafe, Law, will be present to give an overview and answer questions regarding the Kansas Open Meetings Act (KOMA.) Recommended Action: Receive and file.
