ORDER OF BUSINESS Welcome from Councilmember Jeff Longwell Call to Order Approval of Minutes for Feb. 4, 2013 Approval of Agenda for March 4, 2013 Public Agenda The public agenda allows members of the public to present issues not on the agenda to the Board.
